Our vision is to be a nationally recognised, leading provider of exemplary school-led learning and development opportunities for trainees and all school staff. Through research-led, practice-rich, evidence-based programmes and apprenticeships we will continue to positively impact recruitment and retention in education with increasing scale and reach in the East, South and London region.

At the Harris Institute we are outward-facing and seek to work in partnership in areas with high levels of socio-economic disadvantage. In these places excellent teaching and a high-quality education is fundamental to the future success of the children we serve.
