What does your role entail? 

As the Regional Recruitment Manager, within East, South and London, I lead and oversee the recruitment efforts for ITE, ECF and NPQs, ensuring that our organisation attracts, hires, and retains top talent within education. I work closely with stakeholders to ensure a streamline recruitment process and build a strong network of future teachers and leaders. Leading a team, I focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience, promoting diversity, and leveraging data to continuously improve recruitment outcomes. My role is pivotal in ensuring the success and growth of our next generation of teachers.

What are your credentials/experience to your current position? 

I first entered the world of education in 2017 on the beautiful island of Koh Samui, where I became a qualified ESL Teacher. Prior to this, I was working as a Fashion Buyer in central London, immersed in the fast-paced fashion industry. However, I soon realised that the industry's values didn’t align with my own, and I began seeking a path that resonated more deeply with me. It’s incredibly rewarding to match the right candidates with schools, helping to foster environments where both educators and students can thrive.
