Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship

This 14 month programme is designed to equip Practitioners with the essential knowledge, skills, and
behaviours needed to foster continuous improvement in their Academies through the development of
teaching and learning.

The focus is on developing teaching and learning using a variety of tools and techniques, including project
management tools to ensure that student outcomes, teacher development, and learning culture are
consistently improved. Practitioners will develop the ability to lead change initiatives, support teachers,
and make data-driven decisions to enhance educational quality and student success.

Requirements
  • Current Middle or Senior Leaders (with Principal approval).
  • UK Resident for at least 3 years.
  • Working at least 30 hours per week.

  • Leading Teaching and Learning: Learn the principles of a cycle of evaluation when leading teaching and learning in a team.
